1. What Coolmind is
Coolmind CBT ("the Service", coolmind.io) offers structured self-help exercises based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), delivered through a chatbot. The Service is an educational self-help tool. It is not medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a therapist–client relationship.
2. Not for emergencies
The Service cannot provide crisis or emergency assistance. If you are at risk of harming yourself or others, or someone's life or health is in danger, contact your local emergency services immediately (in Russia: 112; free 24/7 crisis line 8-800-333-44-34).
3. Eligibility
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. By using it you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. AI-generated content
Responses in AI sessions are generated by an artificial intelligence model. They may be inaccurate or incomplete, and they are not professional advice. Use your own judgment, and consult a qualified professional for medical or psychological concerns. Outcomes of self-help exercises are not guaranteed.
5. Your account
Signing in works via a link sent to your email; keep access to your mailbox secure. An account is personal — please don't share it. You can stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account and data (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Acceptable use
Don't abuse the Service: no automated scraping, no attempts to access other people's data, no use of the Service to harm others, and no attempts to circumvent technical limits (such as daily session limits). We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
7. Fees
The Service is currently free. If paid features are introduced, we will announce them in advance; nothing you already used for free will be charged retroactively.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its methodology texts and interface belong to Coolmind. What you write in sessions remains yours; you grant us the right to process it solely to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; the current version is always at coolmind.io/terms with its date. Material changes will be highlighted in the Service.
